Privacy policy

This policy describes how Kenzi.ai handles information when you use Kenzi Taxi, its website, optional rewarded ads, and in-app purchases.

Information we use

The game stores your progress and settings on your device. When online features are used, our service records an app installation identifier, device model, platform and operating-system version, app version, language, time zone, first and most recent connection dates, and approximate country supplied by Cloudflare. The country is inferred from a network connection; we do not request GPS location.

We also record your coin balance, supported gameplay coin changes, optional video rewards, and purchase transaction identifiers, products, quantities, dates, purchase status, and prices or currency when provided by the store. We do not receive your full payment-card details. Server security logs may contain IP addresses and request information.

Why we use it

We use this information to save and reconcile balances, deliver purchases and rewards, prevent duplicate or fraudulent credits, manage support requests, operate the service, and understand how the game is used. Administrative coin grants are recorded so changes can be traced.

Optional ads and purchases

Rewarded ads are optional. Choosing the ordinary trip reward does not require watching an ad. Ad availability and rewards may be limited. Google AdMob and its advertising partners may process device identifiers, IP addresses, ad interactions, diagnostics and consent choices according to their own policies. Where required, the app asks for consent before requesting ads and provides privacy options to update your choice. Tracking permission, where applicable, is separate from permission to play.

Apple and Google process in-app payments. Their purchase records are used to verify and deliver your coins. Their privacy policies also apply: Google Privacy Policy and Apple Privacy Policy.

Service providers

We use hosting and database services to operate the game, Cloudflare for network delivery and security, Google AdMob for advertising, and Apple App Store or Google Play for purchases. Information may be processed in countries other than yours. We do not sell player registration or balance records.

Retention and security

We retain information while it is needed to provide the game and support, investigate abuse, reconcile transactions, and meet applicable legal obligations. Transaction and security records may need to remain after a deletion request. We restrict administrative access, use encrypted connections, and verify reward and purchase claims. No internet service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and requests

You can decline rewarded ads and optional purchases. You can change available advertising privacy choices in the app. To request access, correction or deletion of information, contact [email protected] with your player ID from the game and a description of your request. We may ask for information to verify that the request concerns your installation. Do not send your password or full payment details.

Uninstalling removes local game data but does not automatically erase transaction records on our server. Without an account recovery link, uninstalling or changing devices may also affect access to locally stored progress.

Children

Kenzi Taxi is a general-audience game and is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information contrary to this policy, contact us so we can review it. Additional protections apply where local law requires them.
