These terms apply to Kenzi Taxi and the related website and services operated by Kenzi.ai. By using the game, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.

The game

Kenzi Taxi is a fictional driving game. Its vehicles, fares, traffic rules and events are entertainment, not instructions for real-world driving. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use the game through supported platforms. You may not resell the game, interfere with its services, exploit vulnerabilities, or use automation to manufacture purchases or advertising rewards.

Coins and optional purchases

Coins are virtual game items. They have no cash value, cannot be withdrawn, and are not a bank balance or transferable currency. Optional coin packs are purchased through Apple or Google. The store shows the applicable price, currency and payment terms before you confirm a purchase. Coins are delivered after purchase verification; interrupted or pending payments may take additional time.

Refund requests are handled through the store where you purchased, subject to its policies and applicable law. Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer rights. Refunded, revoked or fraudulent purchases may lead to the related coins being removed or access being restricted.

Rewarded videos

Videos are optional and require a deliberate choice. The app states the reward before you watch. Credits depend on successful completion and verification; cancelling a video may give no reward. Availability, daily limits and cooldowns may vary. A double-trip reward adds one extra copy of the completed trip's fare; it is not a cash payment. Repeated callbacks or retries do not provide extra credits.

Progress and access

Keep your device secure. Some progress is stored locally, and online features depend on your installation identity and network availability. Changing devices, deleting game data, or uninstalling may affect access to local progress. Keep store receipts for purchase support. We may correct duplicate credits or suspend an installation used for cheating, payment abuse or interference with other users.

Availability and changes

We may update the game, rebalance features, perform maintenance or change online services. We aim to preserve paid entitlements and will handle changes in accordance with applicable law. Services may occasionally be unavailable, and no particular device frame rate or uninterrupted availability is guaranteed.

Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the game is provided as available without additional guarantees. These terms do not exclude liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. You remain responsible for using the game lawfully and for obtaining permission to make purchases when required.
